I've spent my career at the intersection of technology and high-stakes industries. As Executive Group Vice President at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, I led technology for one of India's largest capital markets businesses — building systems where a millisecond of downtime has real consequences. Before that, I worked at Amazon and led Freetime Hospitality as CEO, which gave me a ground-level understanding of how hospitality businesses win or lose on technology.

Modern Mindz was founded on a simple conviction: the industries that need great technology the most — capital markets, fintech, hospitality — are the ones most underserved by it. We build the systems that close that gap.
